xrfSource

This is our open source project. The xrfSource program calculates the x-ray spectrum intensities emitted by an x-ray tube. This spectrum information is required by software which evaluate x-ray fluorescence measurements according to fundamental parameter methods.

The program implements a couple of well known algorithms for the calculations. The calculated spectrum can be output in different file formats.

The program is a self contained Java program which has no need of additional Java resources. The program can be downloaded from this site (xrfSource/download) in two alternative formats, for Windows or Linux.
